NEW BUILDING INFO
LAND CELEBRATION SERVICE
On Sunday June 29th we rode a bus over to the new church site. It was the first time many were able to see where the new location would be. The following info provided below is a recap of the days events in Bishop Greg's own words that he wrote from his heart after the service.
What an exciting day New Life had yesterday! We stood and witness a moment that will always be in our memory. It was captured on video and DVD'S are available.
This was a day
we can look back on, and say together, " I was there at the very first service!"
I believe it was and will be that kind of moment.
What a beautiful 13 acres overlooking the mountains. The sun was shining over the land illuminating the new property and I knew this was just the beginning of seeing this for many of a days to come.
I
had so many people come up to me and tell me how excited they were, and how they could see this church already. The told me I know what you mean pastor:
" A Dream for Tomorrow, A Building for Today."
Many people thought the new vision statement gave the whole day purpose and clarity..
A person that doesn't even get excited much said he is pumped for this new church.
Sister Vi proclaims she can see the prison start to lose some of their intimates because of the Glory of the Lord that is coming to Letterkenney Road.
A Dream for Tomorrow

This will be written for the generation to come, that people yet to be created may praise the Lord.
Also know as the scripture says above this is not fully about us. It's about a generation that has yet to come to the Lord. One day they will walk through NEW LIFE WORSHIP CENTER and praise God because yes it's a building for today, but also it is a Dream for tomorrow.
People who are not even at NEW LIFE at this present time..... this building is for them also
I can't speak for everyone else but as for me, this is my destiny, This is the mission
God has placed me here on earth to do. I can't stop until I see its completion. I ask you not to join me just in building a building but rather building a ministry that will change hearts and make people life better. To Help People see that their tomorrow can be better then there today.. This is our Mission at New L.I.F.E!
This is why yesterday was such a powerful and promising day.

DEBT PAID IN FULL CELEBRATION HELD ON
SUNDAY MAY 18th 2008
New L.I.F.E. Worship Center celebrated a great blessing of the Lord on May 18th 2008. Bishop Rodney Jeffords joined Bishop Gregory A. Myers Jr. and the deacon board of New L.I.F.E. Worship Center in a Debt Burning Service.
The church borrowed $160,000.00 in 2003. The loaned was a 20 year loan that would have been paid off in 2023. God blessed the church. They paid that debt off in full in March of 2008.
In addition, the church had a membership service where 18 people joined the church in membership. In the last 5 years membership has went from 57 people in 2003 to 119 people in 2008. Also, The church had 12 acres of land donated to them on Letterkenny Rd in Chambersburg, PA for a future building site.
This was a great day of reflection of the past and expectation for what God will do in the future.
